The 2nd Period of Tartanos War was called the Novitas War by the Coellis sect to remember the victory that was won by the
power of new groups. It’s also called the Berkiel War by the Macuapel sect because Macuapel took its name from the devil
they follow.
With the end of the 1st Period of Tartanos War, the revival power of Primodium which was flowing around the under layer of
the continent not only changed the land but also woke up Berkiel who was buried nearby. However Berkiel woke up without
enough power because he was stopped by Alienus and Asmorel couldn’t approach him enough. On the other hand, some
special mineral near Maris which was the base of Berkiel was found. Berkiel armed the warriors of the Macuapel sect with the
weapon made of the special mineral. In addition, he gave away his own blood and handed down his magic to break the seal
of Macuapel.
A long time ago, a few people who inherited the magic from Concilus secretly handed down the magic only to their own
families. This was to preserve the pure blood. Although the number of them was not so high, they fought as the main power
of the Coellis sect during the 1st period of Tartanos War using the strong magic that they learned. In using the magic, not
only the blood of magician but also the postnatal efforts were needed. Because of this, ‘Magic Universality’ which means the
sharing of blood and openly training successors emerged. However some magician families didn’t agree with this idea. So
there was a big dispute among the magician families. As the dispute intensified, the power of The Coellis sect became
weaker.
Taking advantage of such a chance, black magicians of Macuapel attacked fiercely with far advanced weapons and defense
instruments, and every place except CRONOUS was under the influence of the Macuapel sect. Berkiel, who advanced into
CRONOUS to wake up Macuapel, changed the Sitis Terra region into a desert with his strong magic and isolated CRONOUS.
Berkiel have his subordinate, Nekuem to guard against the Coellis sect who tried to break the isolation, and have another
subordinate, Skelus to occupy Patria, the alpine region. And then Berkiel accompanied Reskail who he trusted and respected
most in terms of ability to watch for a chance to attack CRONOUS. In the meantime, Skelus found out the hidden region in
Patria which was not discovered until then. And he met a new tribe there. They were Savage who inherited the blood of
Baldeus who had a huge body and superhuman strength. Skelus let Berkiel know the fact and Nekuem who heard the news
went to Patria to earn merits violating the order that he should keep his post. At the same time, the savages who were in
other places came from Efferus Montanus mountain range and secured the trading road of Sitis Terra. Nekuem who realized
the fact that he did a stupid thing by violating the order killed himself. Skelus hurriedly went to CRONOUS, but it was too
late. Skelus and Reskail were both defeated wretchedly.

In the past, nobody could go to Efferus Montanus. The sudden appearance of Savage was due to the fact that the
protection was absorbed by Primodium which was wandering around Meier island as the time of revival was coming.
According to the legend of Savage, there was a prophecy telling the things that they have to do on the day the protection
was broken. This proved the efforts of Baldeus who gave away his blood to people 600 years ago.
Although Coellis managed to escape the urgent situation thanks to the help of the unknown Savage, it didn’t have enough
power to reverse the war situation. At that time, the chief magician, Eninderik Kanon who was the young leader of Kanon
family stopped the dispute of magician families and unified them. And he ran to CRONOUS to save CRONOUS.
On the D-Day, Eninderik Kanon, a group of magicians, savage warriors succeeded in driving Berkiel into a corner and doing
him a big injury. Berkiel who lost his military and got injured severely was finally killed. However his body and his military
disappeared into the hole of darkness which appeared suddenly. After that, there was a rumour that Macuapel absorbed
their souls using his remaining power and it was the trick of Berkiel, black magician.
Eninderik Kanon established a magic school in the west of the continent which was a forest area full of mysterious energy
and then named it Kanon Magic School. Also he shut down the mines around Maris which produced very strong minerals and
sealed it by magic waiting for the day that he could handle it safely. Kanon made magic for warrior for Amos Larson who
escorted Kanon at that time, so Larson family later formed a fighter group which uses magic.
Berkiel and his followers were absorbed by Demon, a new tribe which had an unknown history. The space they live, Laputa,
was in the sky that people couldn’t reach.
