Sitis Terra

Though tradition says that Sitis Terra was once green grassland, this area is turned into a desert. That is because this area was cursed during the last battle of the one thousand-year war of Tartanos. Worthy of the place where the last fierce battle of the one thousand-year war waged, lots of relics and legends remain here. Santus Mico in this area, an important port of the continent, is a brisk city of trade. The waterway to get across to the Island of Meier from this city is not opened yet. But when it becomes possible later to get across to the Island of Meier, riding a boat, it will be an important place for traffic to and from the continent.

In its extensive desert, the monsters that are different from those in and around CRONOUS are living. I was told that the powerful monsters that survived the Tartanos War are living on Purica Pathway that runs across the desert. It is also known that Montanus temple, from where the way to the area of Patria opens, exists somewhere in Sitis Terra.

Alia is born and bred in Santus Mico. She is known to have learned basic knowledge of magic from the magician who was a graduate of Kanon Magic School.
She has the ability to perform several numbers of simple magic. She is a woman of few words and has a cold-looking appearance. However, she is well known for her honest way of doing business.

People say that Gorden was a renowned fighter when he was young. He took charge of public peace and defense with his big body and strong power. Everyone here knows the account of the legendary combats he fought in.
Though he is old in age, he is still healthy. He currently makes weapons for fighters. He does not speak much, but always shows a warm smiling look to travelers.

Van’s family has been in the warehouse business for generations. Since his father’s death, he has been taking care of the family business.
Though young in age, Van is recognized among residents of Santus Mico and travelers for his swift and clean dealing of business. He also is known to enjoy his work. He is talkative, but does not get engaged in useless conversation.

In the neighborhood of the remains of Retisha, a disappeared city, one can find him with his small cart and a bundle of articles. Not much is known about him. He believes his ancestors lived in the city of Retisha and spends most of his time on unearthing the place. I deem the reason he is engaged in peddling on the street is to raise funds for this, his main objective. Besides, from the fact he can protect himself out there, I assume he has a good level of competence in martial art.

Nishan runs a general store with a few of his colleagues. According to travelers, he sells items at pretty expensive prices but offers a good selection. To protect himself from danger, he always accompanies friends who are skilled at the art of fencing.
People say that he has a great interest in dealing with rare items he obtained from monsters.

Tamez is a gambler who has the talent of gathering people around him. There is always a crowd of people around him, which is partly because of his innate eloquence and optimistic nature that gives room for elegance in life. Once you have made friends with Tamez, he might give you a tip on betting with high winning probability. If you happen to meet him in CRONOUS, I recommend you test your luck.

Lahim is the Chief Guard of Santus Mico. All the people here regard him, who is heavily armed with weighty-looking armor, as a majestic and reliable person.
For there are deluge of young men who hold him as an object of respect, I heard that there are always overflowing applicants for admission to the Garrison.

Marhene is a woman fighter trained in the hot area of Sitis Terra.
People say an average man cannot be a match for her. Since she is born with excellent sense as a fighter, even Lahim at the Guards recognized her.
She and Alia are sisters, both of whom are fairly well known in Santus Mico. However, Marhene is particularly proud and hates to lose to others.
